Right-To-Know National Payroll Act - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to require that each employer of more than 100 employees show on the W-2 form of each employee the employer's share of taxes for old-age, survivors, and disability insurance (OASDI) and for hospital insurance (Medicare) for the employee, as well as the total amount of such taxes for such employee.
