Ease Our Soldiers' Minds Act - Amends the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act to direct the Secretary of the military department concerned to notify creditors of individuals entering into or serving in military service of the rights and benefits afforded to such individuals by such Act. Requires the same notification to consumer reporting agencies.
