Benjamin Franklin Tercentenary Commission Act of 2005 - Amends the Benjamin Franklin Tercentenary Commission Act to extend the deadline under which the Benjamin Franklin Tercentenary Commission shall submit its final report to January 16, 2009, (currently, the deadline for such report is January 16, 2007), thus extending the life of that Commission.
