Community Integration Act of 2006 - Amends the Robert T. Staford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act to authorize the Director of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to provide caseworker assistance to individuals who are evacuated and displaced as a result of Hurricane Katrina and/or Hurricane Rita and are not able to return immediately to their principal place of residence because of the structure's inhabitability....
