Dedicated Dental Service for HIV/AIDS Act of 2006 - Authorizes the Secretary of Health and Human Services to enter into an agreement under which an individual agrees to serve as a dentist for a not less than two years at a facility with a critical shortage of dentists in an area with a high incidence of HIV/AIDS in exchange for the Secretary making payments on the individual's dental education loans.
