Prescription Drug Affordability Act of 2005 - Amends title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to require the Secretary of Health and Human Services to negotiate with covered drug manufacturers and disclose the lowest possible prices for prescription drugs under the new Medicare prescription drug program. Directs the Secretary, acting through the Commissioner of Food and Drugs, with respect to the importation by Medicare beneficiaries...
