Bill Summary
Directs the Secretary of Defense, in implementing the Defense Incident-Based Reporting System, to require the submission and compilation of information on any occurrence of rape, assault with the intent to rape, domestic violence, sexual harassment, kidnapping, murder, or arson involving a member of the Armed Forces. Requires the Secretary to certify in writing when such System is fully implemented.
