Bill Summary
Amends the Legal Services Corporation Act and the Inspector General Act of 1978 to grant the Board of Directors of the Legal Services Corporation (LSC) power to appoint and remove an LSC Inspector General. Allows the Inspector General to be removed at any time upon the written concurrence of at least nine members of the Board.
