Resolution provides that suspensions will be in order at any time on the legislative day of Thursday, July 28, 2005. The Speaker or his designee shall consult with the Minority Leader or her designee on any suspension considered under the rule.
Placed on the House Calendar, Calendar No. 77.
Pursuant to the provisions of H. Res. 897, H. Res. 395 is laid on the table.
