Increases from $12,000 to $100,000 the death gratuity payable to survivors of members of the Armed Forces who die while on active duty or inactive duty training. Provides an additional gratuity of $25,000 to any child of such member under 18 years old at the time of the member's death, payable when such child attains 21. Continues TRICARE (a Department of Defense managed health care program) eligibility for the dependents of a member who dies...
