Pascua Yaqui Mineral Rights Act of 2005 - Directs the Secretary of the Interior, in coordination with the Attorney General and with the consent of the state of Arizona, to acquire all subsurface rights, title, and interests (including subsurface mineral interests) held by the state in specified tribally-owned parcels and in specified parcels held in trust for the benefit of the Tribe.
