Bill Summary
American Right to Fly Act - Amends the International Air Transportation Competition Act of 1979 to add specified states to the number for which air transportation is authorized between Love Field, Texas, and one or points within such states. Declares that nothing in this Act shall be construed as altering or preempting any valid exercise of proprietary powers contained in a lawfully adopted Airport Master Plan for Dallas Love Field.
