Bill Summary
Paul Wellstone Early Educator Loan Forgiveness Act - Amends the Higher Education Act of 1965 to revise the student loan forgiveness program for child care providers to include preschool teachers. Requires such teachers to: (1) have received at least an associate's degree, and be working toward or have already received a bachelor's degree, in early childhood education; and (2) work for an eligible preschool program provider.
