Medicare Do Not Call Act - Prohibits a Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) sponsor offering a prescription drug plan from conducting outbound call telemarketing to solicit enrollment into such a plan. Amends title XI of the Social Security Act to provide for criminal penalties for fraudulent telemarketing acts or practices.
