Bill Summary
Extends through October 24, 2015, the authority of the Disabled Veterans' LIFE Memorial Foundation to establish in the District of Columbia or its environs a memorial to honor veterans who became disabled while serving in the Armed Forces. Requires any unobligated balance of funds for such memorial to be used for the costs of its perpetual maintenance and preservation.
