Bill Summary
Amends the Shivwits Band of the Paiute Indian Tribe of Utah Water Rights Settlement Act to establish in the Treasury the Santa Clara Water Rights and Habitat Acquisition Fund for the water rights and habitat acquisition program in the Santa Clara and Virgin River Basins. Transfers to the Fund any funds made available under such Act, but not expended, for the water rights and habitat acquisition program.
