Border Death Reduction Act of 2006 - Directs the Commissioner of Customs to begin collecting data relevant to deaths occurring at the U.S.-Mexico border, divided by sector, and including: (1) causes, locations, and number of deaths; and (2) demographic characteristics, including the sex and approximate age of those deceased.
