National Underground Railroad Network to Freedom Amendments Act of 2007 - Amends the National Underground Railroad Network to Freedom Act of 1998 to revise the authorization of appropriations for each fiscal year for: (1) the National Underground Railroad Network to Freedom program; and (2) preservation and restoration of historic buildings and structures associated with the Underground Railroad.
