Trade Prosecutor Act - Amends the Trade Act of 1974 to establish in the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) a Trade Enforcement Division, headed by a Trade Enforcement Officer, to ensure that U.S. trading partners comply with trade agreements to which the United States is a party.
