Bill Summary
Royalty In-Kind for Energy Assistance Improvement Act of 2007 - Amends the Energy Policy Act of 2005, with respect to federal low-income energy assistance programs, to authorize the Secretary of Energy to sell at a discounted price any royalty oil or gas taken in-kind. Requires the discounted price to be at least 50% of the fair market value of the oil or gas.
