Bill Summary
Amends the USEC Privatization Act to permit an employee of the U.S. Enrichment Corporation's operating contractor to bring suit in federal district court on or before June 30, 2009, for a violation of an agreement between an employer and a labor organization that occurred on or before December 31, 2000.
