Granada Relocation Center National Historic Site Act of 2007 - Establishes the Granada Relocation Center National Historic Site, consisting of parts of Camp Amache, located in Granada, Colorado, as an affiliated site of the National Park System. Designates the "Friends of Amache" as the management entity for the Site. Requires the Secretary of the Interior to develop a general management plan for the Site.
