Veterans Right to Know Act of 2007 - Requires that, for any veterans' benefit claim for which the Secretary of Veterans Affairs has made no decision, the Secretary shall provide to the claimant notice of the status of such claim no later than 60 days after the claim was submitted and every 60 days thereafter until a decision is made, unless the claimant chooses not to receive such notice.
