Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to increase, through December 31, 2011, the duty on N-[2,4-dichloro-5-[4-(difluoromethyl)-4,5-dihydro-3-methyl-5-oxo-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl]phenyl]methanesulfonamide (Sulfentrazone) (CAS No. 122836-35-5) and any formulations containing such compound.
