The rule waives all points of order against the motion except for clause 10 of rule XXI. The rule also provides that the Chair shall divide the question of adoption of the motion among the three House amendments. The rule provides that upon adoption of the motion specified in the first section of the resolution, a motion that the House concur in the Senate amendment to the title shall be considered as adopted.
