Tom Lantos Human Rights Commission Establishment Resolution - Establishes in the House of Representatives the Tom Lantos Human Rights Commission which shall promote in a nonpartisan manner internationally recognized human rights norms. Authorizes appropriations for the House Committee on Foreign Affairs to provide staff and resources for the Commission.
