Waives a specified requirement of Rule XIII (Calendars and Committee Reports) to allow consideration on the same day it is presented to the House of any resolution reported on the legislative day of January 29, 2008, providing for consideration of a bill to provide economic stimulus through recovery rebates to individuals, incentives for business investment, and an increase in conforming and FHA loan limits.
