Native Hawaiian Medicaid Coverage Act of 2007 - Amends title XIX (Medicaid) of the Social Security Act to provide full reimbursement (100% of the federal medical assistance percentage, or FMAP) for medical assistance given to a Native Hawaiian through a federally-qualified health center or a Native Hawaiian health care system.
