Southern Nevada Limited Transition Area Act - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to convey to the city of Henderson, Nevada, all interest of the United States in and to specified federal land in Henderson (the Transition Area). Permits the city, after conveyance, to sell, lease, or otherwise convey any part or parts of the Transition Area for nonresidential development purposes.
