Bill Summary
Food Employment Empowerment and Development Program Act of 2007 or the FEED Act of 2007 - Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to establish a food employment empowerment and development program of grants to eligible public agencies and private nonprofit institutions to encourage the use of community resources to combat hunger and the root causes of hunger by creating opportunity through food recovery and job training.
