Provides for the conveyance of certain Bureau of Land Management (BLM) land in Nevada to the Nevada Speedway, LLC. Requires: (1) Nevada Speedway, LLC, to pay to the Secretary of the Interior the appraised value of such land; and (2) any costs of the conveyance to be paid by Nevada Speedway, LLC.
