Bill Summary
Disadvantaged Business Disaster Eligibility Act of 2008 - Permits any small business that was participating in a Small Business Administration (SBA) business development program located in a Louisiana parish or Mississippi or Alabama county designated by the SBA Administrator as a disaster area by reason of Hurricane Katrina or Rita to continue participation and eligibility in such program for an additional 24 months.
