Conserving Our Recreation and Park Services Act of 2008 or the CORPS Act of 2008 - Authorizes the Secretary of the Army to charge recreation fees with respect to lands and waters administered by the Corps of Engineers in the same manner as the Secretary of the Interior may charge such fees with respect to federal recreation lands and waters managed by the Bureau of Reclamation.
