Food Stamp Personal Savings and Investment Act of 2007 - Amends the Food Stamp Act of 1977 to provide an annual financial resource inflation adjustment for purposes of household food stamp program eligibility. Excludes from countable financial resources specified retirement and education accounts. (Authorizes the exclusion of other such programs.)
