Digital Television Coupon Improvement Act - Amends the Digital Television Transition and Public Safety Act of 2005 to require that coupons that can be applied toward the purchase of digital-to-analog converter boxes expire at the close of March 31, 2009. Applies the change to coupons issued after enactment of this Act.
