Bill Summary
Fixes the rate of salary or basic pay for any office or position within the civil service for service performed during FY2011 and the first quarter of FY2012 at the rate payable for such position as of September 30, 2010. Deems the salary or basic pay rate for any position not in existence on that date to be the rate payable to individuals in comparable positions on such date. Exempts positions within the uniformed services.
