Bill Summary
Requires transportation on Department of Defense (DOD) aircraft, on a space-available basis and on the same basis as members of the Armed Forces entitled to retired pay, for: (1) reserve members or former members eligible for retired pay but for attaining the required age (generally 60); and (2) any dependent of such member, if accompanying the member.
