Steel Industry National Historic Site Act - Establishes the Steel Industry National Historic Site in Pennsylvania as a unit of the National Park System. Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire specified property for inclusion within such Site by donation. Requires the Secretary to submit a general management plan for the Site to Congress.
