Bill Summary
Commerce for Defenders Act of 2010 - Amends the Hiring Incentives to Restore Employment Act to give preference to small businesses owned and controlled by veterans in the awarding of contracts and subcontracts using federal-aid highway, public transportation, commercial motor vehicle safety, the Unified Carrier Registration Act of 2005, transportation research, and highway safety research and development program funds.
