Requires: (1) at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 20, 2009, the House to proceed to the West Front of the Capitol to attend the inaugural ceremonies of the President and Vice President of the United States; and (2) upon the conclusion of the ceremonies, the House to adjourn until 10 a.m. on Wednesday, January 21, 2009.
