Directs the Attorney General to transmit to the House of Representatives copies of any document, memo, or correspondence of the Department of Justice (DOJ) regarding United States v. New Black Panther Party that refers or relates to DOJ communications about the case or with the defendants or third parties between November 5, 2008, and November 15, 2008, or any evidence with regard to the dismissal of the case.
