Instructs the Secretary of the Interior to modify a land grant patent issued to the Great Lakes Shipwreck Historical Society, Chippewa County, Michigan. Requires the review of certain modifications and federal or federally assisted undertakings with respect to Whitefish Point. Makes the modification made to the patent effective upon being recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Chippewa County, Michigan.
