Susquehanna Gateway National Heritage Area Act - Establishes the Susquehanna Gateway National Heritage Area in Pennsylvania. Requires the inclusion of Lancaster and York Counties within the boundaries of the Area. Designates the Susquehanna Heritage Corporation as the local coordinating entity for the Area. Prohibits the Corporation from using federal funds under this Act for the acquisition of real property or any interest in real property....
