White Clay Creek Wild and Scenic River Expansion Act of 2009 - Amends the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to designate additional segments and tributaries of the White Clay Creek in Delaware and Pennsylvania as components of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System. Applies the White Clay Creek Wild and Scenic Rivers System Act to such additional segments and tributiaries of White Clay Creek.
