TSA Screening of Minors Act of 2011 - Prohibits the screening of a minor passenger by a pat down search under the supervision of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) without: (1) the consent, and in the presence, of the minor's parent; or (2) the presence of a representative of the air carrier or foreign air carrier in the case of a minor not accompanied by a parent.
