Bill Summary
Prohibits foreign military financing program assistance to any country that votes in the U.N. General Assembly in favor of recognizing a Palestinian state in the absence of a negotiated border agreement between the government of Israel and the Palestinian Authority (PA). Authorizes the President to waive such prohibition on a case-by-case basis upon a certification to Congress that a waiver is in the U.S. national interest.
