Volunteer Freedom Act - Repeals the National and Community Service Act of 1990 (NCSA) and the Domestic Volunteer Service Act of 1973 (DVSA) one year after this Act's enactment. (The NCSA authorizes the Learn and Serve America, AmeriCorps, and National Civilian Community Corps [NCCC] programs.
