Bill Summary
Amends the Wagner-Peyser Act to include the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands in the U.S. Employment Service of the Department of Labor's program of providing public employment services through a one-stop services delivery system. Directs the Secretary of Labor to allot to the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands an amount equal to the allotment percentage Guam received for employment services under the Act in FY1983.
