Military Housing Oversight and Accountability Act - Amends federal provisions concerning Department of Defense (DOD) alternative authority for the acquisition and improvement of military housing to direct each military department Secretary to prescribe regulations to oversee and manage a military housing privatization project during its sustainment phase following completion of construction or renovation of the housing units.
