Bill Summary
Personal Privacy Clarification Act - Revises an exemption from the disclosure requirements of the Freedom of Information Act to apply to records or information compiled for law enforcement purposes to the extent that the production of such information could reasonably be expected to constitute an unwarranted invasion of the privacy of any individual (currently, an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy).
